1. Who We Are

AYVR Wellness operates ayvrwellness.com and is a multi-specialty company focusing around wellness and primary care. AYVR Wellness provides in-home IV therapy and wellness treatments delivered by licensed registered nurses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website or services.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when you create an account.
  • Booking information: Your service address, appointment preferences, and any notes you provide for your visit.
  • Health information: Any medical history, allergies, or conditions you share with us or your nurse to enable safe treatment delivery.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number — only a tokenized reference.
  • Communications: Messages you send us through our help center or email.

We also collect certain information automatically, including:

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system.
  • Pages visited and actions taken on ayvrwellness.com.
  • IP address and general location derived from it.
  • Error and crash reports to help us improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Book, schedule, and fulfill your wellness appointments.
  • Communicate with you about your appointments, account, and membership.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Enable your nurse to deliver safe and appropriate treatment.
  • Improve our website, services, and operational processes.
  • Respond to your support requests and questions.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising services (see Section 8) to understand how our website is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. We never use your health information for advertising, and we never share your name, address, date of birth, or treatment details with advertising partners.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws, including California's CCPA/CPRA, define “sale” and “sharing” broadly to include the use of advertising cookies that disclose identifiers to partners such as Google for cross-context advertising. You can opt out of this at any time — see Section 9.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:

  • Your nurse: Your name, address, appointment details, and any relevant health notes are shared with the nurse assigned to your visit.
  • Stripe: Your payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Google Firebase: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database storage, and app infrastructure. Data is stored securely on Google's servers. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and app so we can improve them. Analytics data is limited to usage events and generic identifiers — never your health information. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Ads: With your consent, we use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who may be interested in our services. We share only generic service identifiers and the monetary value of a booking or membership — never your name, address, date of birth, or treatment details.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of AYVR Wellness, our staff, or others.

5. Health Information

Health information you share with us is used solely to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. We treat this information with the highest level of care and restrict access to it to only those who need it to serve you.

We do not share your health information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party not directly involved in delivering your treatment.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Appointment and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies: Required to maintain your login session and core site functionality. These are always active.
  • Analytics cookies: Set with your consent to help us understand how our website and app are used (via Google Analytics).
  • Advertising cookies: Set with your consent to measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our services (via Google Ads).

Analytics and advertising cookies are turned off by default. We do not set them until you agree through our consent banner. You can accept or reject them when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and sharing.

You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of our website may not function correctly if you do so.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our help center.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You can exercise your right to opt out of sale/sharing in either of these ways:

  • Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer to reject advertising cookies at any time.
  • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we detect and honor this signal automatically.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and account services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact
