AYVR Wellness operates ayvrwellness.com and is a multi-specialty company focusing around wellness and primary care. AYVR Wellness provides in-home IV therapy and wellness treatments delivered by licensed registered nurses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website or services.

• Google Analytics (GA4): With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and app so we can improve them. • Google Ads: With your consent, we use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who may be interested in our services. We share only generic service identifiers and the monetary value of a booking or membership — never your name, address, date of birth, or treatment details.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of AYVR Wellness, our staff, or others.

Health information you share with us is used solely to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. We treat this information with the highest level of care and restrict access to it to only those who need it to serve you.

We do not share your health information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party not directly involved in delivering your treatment.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Appointment and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure.
