Terms of Service

AYVR Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an in-home wellness service that dispatches licensed registered nurses to deliver IV therapy, vitamin infusions, and related wellness treatments at your location. By booking a treatment, creating an account, or using our website at ayvrwellness.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and AYVR Wellness. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services are wellness treatments administered by licensed registered nurses and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. AYVR Wellness does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical history, allergies, medications, or conditions to your nurse prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a treatment if a nurse determines it is unsafe to proceed.

In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Appointments are subject to nurse availability and our service area. We will confirm your booking and provide an estimated arrival window. Exact arrival times may vary.

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a treatment. For treatments administered to minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent.

Please ensure the treatment location is safe, accessible, and reasonably clean. Our nurses may decline to perform a treatment if the environment is deemed unsafe.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours before your appointment: Full refund — no charge.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of your total service cost will be charged.
• No-show: If you are unreachable or unavailable when your nurse arrives, the full service amount will be charged.

Cancellations must be made through your account on ayvrwellness.com. Cancellation fees are non-refundable. AYVR Wellness reserves the right to waive fees on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize AYVR Wellness to charge your card for the services you book, including any applicable cancellation fees.

Your card is authorized at the time of booking and captured after your appointment is completed. You may optionally add a tip for your nurse at that time — tips go directly to the nurse who served you.

All prices are listed in USD. We do not store your full card details — payment information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

AYVR Wellness offers two monthly membership tiers:

• Silver — $175/month: 1 free service voucher per month, 1 telehealth included.
• Gold — $250/month: Up to 2 free service vouchers per month, B12 and Glutathione included, 20% off all treatments, 1 telehealth included.

Both plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month period is complete will be declined. After the commitment period, you may cancel at any time and your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Vouchers are non-transferable, expire at the end of each billing month, and have no cash value. Membership benefits apply to the account holder only.

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with 30 days' written notice to active members.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on ayvrwellness.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AYVR Wellness and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYVR Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
